If you have forgotten the login or password details used to access your cPanel control panel or the support department has said that they have reset your password, then these details can be obtained by logging into your secure client area:

1) Once logged in, click on "Services" in the menu and then the "My Services" link in the dropdown menu menu.
2) Then click on the "View Details" button for the account you require the details for, from here you can click on the "Change Password" tab to view the cPanel account name and also the current password and also change the password if required.
If you have forgotten your Havenswift Hosting client area password, then you can retrieve this by clicking on the reminder link on the login page. details will only be sent to your registered email address
