We accept payment by bank transfer and by card.
Bank transfer (our preference)
We would much rather you paid by bank transfer, for both Sterling and Euro payments. It costs us nothing in processing fees, which is what allows us to keep our prices where they are, and it is the quickest way for a payment to reach us cleanly. Our bank details appear on every invoice and in the client area when you choose Bank Transfer as the payment method.
Please quote your invoice number as the payment reference. Without it we have to match the payment by hand, which delays the invoice being marked as paid.
Card payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. You can pay by most credit and debit cards.
Please note that our Stripe account settles in Euros. If your invoice is in Sterling and you choose to pay by card, the amount is converted to Euros first and the payment is taken in Euros. Depending on your card issuer that may mean a currency conversion on your statement, and possibly a small non-Sterling transaction fee from your bank. If you would rather avoid that, pay by bank transfer in Sterling instead.
Which should I use?
If you are paying in Sterling, bank transfer avoids the conversion entirely and is the option we would suggest. If you are paying in Euros, either method works, though bank transfer still costs us less.
If you have any difficulty making a payment, please open a support ticket from your client area and we will sort it out with you.
