Shared hosting packages are setup immediately once payment has been made assuming that your card payment clears and you also pass our automated fraud checking. To assist with the speedy clearance of your payment, please ensure that the card that you use for payment has sufficient balance available and is registered to the address on your account.
Some items that can be ordered through our site need to be manually provisioned but you will be notified when this is completed - we endeavour to complete this within 24 hours and are often much quicker than this.
